Marcelle studied Fine Arts at UKZN in Pietermaritzburg, and obtained a B.A. in 1990.
She currently continues to study within one of Pascale Chandler's painting groups.
She will be attending a comprehensive mosaic course in February with the renowned mosaic artist Jane du Rand, and is looking forward to incorporating elements of mosaic work into her murals.
